Here is exactly what happens between our first visit and your first shower. No mystery days, no disappearing crew, no 'we found something' without photos and a price before we touch it. This is the process behind every New Britain surround we sign.
- Free measure & fixed quote. We measure, check the tub and valves, and price in writing.
- Protect & tear out. Floors and fixtures covered; old surround stripped to studs, hauled away.
- Inspect & waterproof. Studs treated if needed; cement board, membrane, sealed corners — photographed.
- Set tile. Layout agreed with you first; flat walls, plumb corners, even joints.
- Grout, seal & caulk. Grout, penetrating sealer, and fresh silicone at every change of plane.
- Walkthrough. We inspect with you, punch-list on the spot, and leave care instructions.

We inspect at the measure. If valves are serviceable they stay; if they're due, we coordinate replacement before tile — never tiled over and hoped about.
